The remote on my Carrier AirV gives me three modes for the fan ...

Auto - the fan will cycle on and off with the compressor when it reaches the temp.

Low - low fan speed - should only be used in cool areas for just air circulation

High - high fan speed - fan will run all the time / compressor will cycle on and off

These settings are controlled with the fan speed button on the remote.

It's a relatively good for a stock truck. Going to get some gauges but leave it stock other than that, and the airbags make handling a dream come true. 70 mph down the interstate is no prob and still get about 10 mpg! Haven't tested it on a nasty Idaho weather road yet, but I'm sure it's coming this year. Got wayyy too lucky with weather and good roads last season. Really needs some work inside that will hopefully be done by the first race, so hopefully I'll have a good mod thread for it by then.

I have a 2005 Outback Trailer with a Carrier AirV Ducted air conditioner. I had an error code "compressor drive malfunction". I fixed that by reading these forums.

My problem now: The owner manuel says the fan should run all the time and only the compressor should cycle off. In the owners manuel - trouble shooting- it states if the whole unit shuts down this is normal.

Should the unit shut down when it reaches desired temperature and cycle back up to desired temperature or should the unit run continuous with only the compressor cycling on and off?

I used this front mount receiver to park my 30' travel trailer on the side of my house. Works great for boats too. The neighbors might look at you funny but it makes "backing" the trailer SO much easier than the "normal" way.

You can also mount a service step to perform maintenance in the engine compartment or use it as a winch mount.

It fits a 2004-2008 Ford F150. The price is $100 (over $200 new) and shipping is $35 (it's heavy!). PM or email me if you want more details. Thanks.

I have a 2006 Kipor 3500Ti generator that I hauled on the back of my travel trailer using a 2″ receiver/hitch. The generator is rubber mounted on a 2″ square tube mount that slides in to any 2″ receiver, perfect for travel trailers, 5th wheels, or your truck's front-mount hitch.

I will drive up to 150 miles from Minden, NV to deliver or meet up with the buyer. Here are the specs on the genny:

2006 Kipor 3500ti Inverter Generator - variable speed

1 1/2 Exhaust resonator welded to the muffler outler (makes it really quiet)

Mounted using rubber isolators on a 2″ square tubing with 2″ cross members

3.4 gallon gas tank will run an 13,500 BTU RV A/C for 8 hours

I'm asking $500. I'm throwing in a hitch tightener in that price too which holds the tongue to the receiver very firmly so there is no wobbling going down the road. Here are some pictures:

ModMyRV said:

Hi Everyone!

I sold my TT (getting a motorhome) and am selling some of the parts I used to mod my RV. I have an inverter, battery switches and fuse/holder, batteries, tongue-mount generator, cords, leveling blocks, etc. I'm listing them on ebay so it will be easier for anyone interested to view the details. But feel free to ask any questions about any of the items. Here are the ebay links:

Xantrex 1800 Watt MSW Inverter - SOLD

4-Position Battery Switch - Heavy Duty - RELISTED

I'm not listing the tongue-mount generator on eBay because the shipping costs would be too high. I will drive up to 150 miles from Minden, NV to deliver or meet up with the buyer. Here are the specs on the genny:

2006 Kipor 3500ti Inverter Generator - variable speed

3.4 gallon gas tank will run an 13,500 BTU RV A/C for 8 hours

The generator fits any 2″ receiver so it's perfect to use on your RV's rear mounted hitch or your tow vehicles front/rear receiver. I'm asking $500. I'm throwing in a hitch tightener in that price too which holds the tongue to the receiver very firmly so there is no wobbling going down the road. Here are some pictures:

Hi Everyone!

I sold my TT (getting a motorhome) and am selling some of the parts I used to mod my RV. I have an inverter, battery switches and fuse/holder, batteries, tongue-mount generator, cords, leveling blocks, etc. I'm listing them on ebay so it will be easier for anyone interested to view the details. But feel free to ask any questions about any of the items. Here are the ebay links:

Xantrex 1800 Watt MSW Inverter - SOLD

4-Position Battery Switch - Heavy Duty - RELISTED

On-Off Battery Switch - Heavy Duty - RELISTED

ANL 200 Amp Fuse Holder w/Fuse - RELISTED

I'm not listing the tongue-mount generator on eBay because the shipping costs would be too high. I will drive up to 150 miles from Minden, NV to deliver or meet up with the buyer. Here are the specs on the genny:

2006 Kipor 3500ti Inverter Generator - variable speed

1 1/2 Exhaust resonator welded to the muffler outler (makes it really quiet)

Mounted using rubber isolators on a 2″ square tubing with 2″ cross members

3.4 gallon gas tank will run an 13,500 BTU RV A/C for 8 hours

The generator fits any 2″ receiver so it's perfect to use on your RV's rear mounted hitch or your tow vehicles front/rear receiver. I'm asking $500. I'm throwing in a hitch tightener in that price too which holds the tongue to the receiver very firmly so there is no wobbling going down the road. Here are some pictures:

I'll be listing more stuff over the next few days. Happy modding with some really discounted parts!
