I have a F450 with a factory rear view camera system, with the screen in the RV mirror.

Has anyone integrated a trailer or truck camper mounted camera into a factory system, e.g. use factory viewing screen?

Any info, hints, ideas etc.?

Smile Hi, I don't know about that; And I don't have a back-up camera on my tow vehicle, but along the same line, I was thinking of installing back-up sensors on my trailer that would bypass the sensors on my tow vehicle while hitched.

Hi Pat,

Contact Tim at Tim@rvcams I bought my truck and 5th wheel camera system from him. He would be the guy to find a solution for you, if there is one.

Is your screen accessible easily? Can you see of the screen has multiple inputs? You may be able to get an A-B switch to toggle back and forth between the rear camera and the trailer camera that way. Again, Tim should be able to help with that.
