I am contemplating removing the small useless shower stall in our Rockwood Roo 233S along with the medicine cabinet and sink and installing a larger shower stall.  I have not seen any reports or posts of this being done.  Could it be becuase it can't be done or are people actually content with those little angled things passed off as a “Shower stall”?

My thought is if you remove the sink where are you going to shave and brush your teeth?  It might be a challenge to connect the drain to your holding tank …..The first place I head when looking at a new camper is the shower…If I don't fit then we move on no mater how great the rest of the camper is…..the next thing we look for is closets and drawers I looked at a new camper design at the factory rv show one year and the factory rep was saying how great the open floor plan was….I challenged him to show me where I was supposed to hang my clothes and put my underwear and socks.  There were no closets….He was takenaback……

Of course the next trailer, the shower is going to be the first stop, inside with the curtain (or door closed).  This is our first RV, just up from a 2 room cabin tent.  My wife really liked the openness in the front of it.  Now that we've camped in it for a year, I am less impressed with the floorplan, especially bathroom and narrowness of getting to the back bunk.  Might be taking the closet out too for better access to that too.  Good thing it's just the wife and I for now… At least until the grandkids come camping with us.

As far as the drain goes, there are currently 2 drains in the bathroom that connect to the grey tank.  I ought to be able to tie in to one of those.

Tooth brushing can be done at the “kitchen” sink, which is just on the other side of the wall and shaving… Well, let's just say I don't do much of that whan camping.

my thoughts are what are you going to do with the potty? it might be easyer to make it a wet bath. that way you need to seal the floor and add a lip and a shower curtin at the door way.

I wasn't going to do anything with the toilet.  Plan was to just extend the shower forward to the wall, removing the vanity.  I don't think I'll d this though as the trade in value/ resale value would probably take a huge hit.  We'll just look for larger showers in the next trailer.  We only boondock once or twice a year anyhow and the rest of the times we are at a place that has showers. Next mod will be a Black tank power rinser
