Like the way you subscribe to the ModMyRV mod feed, this new feature let's you get notified whenever there is a new comment on a mod. It works like this:

When you are viewing a mod, there is a comment section at the bottom of the page. This is where you can leave a comment about the mod or respond to another's comment. Next to the blue “Submit Comment” button, there is a link that says “Subscribe to the ModMyRV Comment Feed”. Clicking this link takes you to a form where you enter your email address to subscribe. You will receive an email at that email address asking you to verify that you signed up. Click the link and you will begin to receive emails when there are new comments on any mod.

ModMyRV uses a service called FeedBurner that helps us notify you of new things happening at ModMyRV. So don't be surprised after clicking the subscription link as the form that comes up is provided by FeedBurner.
