Please advise on exactly how to post a photo?  I guess I am used to just attaching the picture.  Thanks!

To add an image to your post, click on the tree icon in the toolbar when starting a new topic or editing your post. Enter the URL (without [IMG] tags) into the popup box. The URL must be the internet location of your image. Click OK and your image should appear in your post. It will be resized to fit into the post once the post is saved.
