I was just over on FaceBook and was searching for camping-related groups and found one for ModMyRV.com. Looks like it's a work in progress but there are pictures of some of the mods from this site on there. A few people from here have joined as well. Here is the link to the group:

*** On edit, it looks like the group is getting updated right now. The admin on this site, ModMyRV, has added some more stuff as I was typing this. I PM'ed him to see what the group is all about. ***

Ha! You busted me babblescriber.
There is indeed ModMyRV group over on FaceBook. There are many groups about RVing and camping that are exclusive to FaceBook and I wanted those groups to be aware of what's happening “outside” of FB.
This group is open to the public so if any one wants to post a picture, link, or video, or even write on the group wall, feel free to check it out. I'll be adding some mods from here to the group and some other RV-related info so check the group out from time to time.

What is the difference in a Fan and a Group ? Will something pop up on my face book page with group like it does with fan?

The main difference is that a fan page is visible to everyone where a group is generally for registered Facebook users. Also, fan pages represent websites, businesses, products and services, etc., whereas groups are generally for niches and usually used mainly for discussion.
You have to join a group using the Groups application whereas becoming a fan, you simply “fan” the page while on the fan page.
