The second order of business was to shorten all the blinds in the living area. I had to take 3 slats out of all the window blinds. They hung below the bottom of the window frames and would catch on the window treatments so you could not close or open them correctly….It was more labor intensive than I envisioned trying to get all the strings to the correct length and hung straight.
