After trying different types of ladders and different ways of storing them inside and out,taking up all kinds of room I decided to get serious.


Camping World  6'  Double Sided Folding Step Ladder.


Folded ready for storing.


Slid into 5X5 PVC post cover.


Stored .  

J bracket mounted to side of step frame. Tube is hose clamped to J bracket.  


On other end tube is hose clamped to L bracketcoming down from top of frame cross member. L bracket is then braced at an angle back to another cross mamber.
