Hi, this is the short version of my remodel. In my trailer the gaucho [couch/bed] is in the front of my trailer. On the street side of my trailer is the credenza [multi-purpose cabinet] and fold out table. On the curb side of my trailer, between the gaucho and entrance door, is my magazine rack. My wife came up with the idea and it was up to me to make it work.  Remove the gaucho from the front and re-install it on the street side. Remove the credenza completely. Make a new credenza and locate it in the front where the gaucho was. Build the new credenza so it will also re-use the original fold out table. Design and build a love seat for the curb side of my trailer. Use oak and dove white formica in this remodel to help make it look like it came this way from the factory.

 The end results were that we can now sit on our gaucho and see the views from our front window, our side window, and out of our open door apposed to sitting in the original position and our view was the back of our trailer. With the new love seat we have room for two more guests to join us and they can use our fold out table without having to bring in fold-up chairs. Over all it has been more comfortable and user friendly. Hope you can tell from my pictures what is what. The top three pictures show the original set up.
