Smile Hi, I bought a special hinge kit from Lowes for about $16.00 so I could make use of a blank in my trailer that is located below my sinks and above my cabinet doors. This job takes about an hour to do.

looks nice! i did a similar thing when we re-did our bathroom at home. the top drawer of the new vanity was just a false front, as the basin was in the way of a drawer. i removed the false front, hinged it along the bottom, and prevented it from opening past 45* with a pair of beaded chains in the top corners. velcroed a plastic drawer divider to the inside of the new flip-down door and voila! a toothbrush and toothpaste holder!

nice work on yours, should come in very handy.
