I was prepping my 2005 Pilgrim FW for a trip next week, and for the umpteenth time, the plastic sliding panel in the screen door popped out of its track at the top. I have rented RV's in the past that had the same problem. The slider has a tiny plastic protrusion that rides in the track and it simply isn't big enough to stay in the track if there is the least bit of deflection of the slider.
I cut a 3/8″ x 1″ x 3/16″ piece of aluminum, slightly rounded and smoothed one end, inserted it well into the track, and then drilled and pop-riveted it to the upper corner where the plastic tab rides in the track. I cut the plastic tab off the slider so there would be no binding between the new aluminum tab and the original plastic tab.

The result? Works smoothly and most importantly, the danged panel stays in the track!

John
