I have a 2004 Bantam B819 hybrid trailer. There are two fold outs on each end. I have seen other hybrid trailers with hanging heaters that are built for these trailers. They plug into unconventional jacks that look alot like large microphone jacks and hang from the overhead support bar in hybrid trailers. The cord is typically coiled like a phone reciever cord.

Does anyone know what these are called, or where I can find them online? My local dealer doesn't have any idead what I am talking about.

I've never seen a heater like you describe.

We use a combination fan/light unit that clips to the shepard's pole in the bunk end and plugs into a 1/4 inch jack. This is the style http://www.rvpartsdealer.com/p-77821-combination-fan-bunk-light.aspx. These are 12v units which is fine for light and the small fan. A 12v heater isn't all that efficient (none that I've tried, at least) and would draw a lot of power if you're dry camping.

We use two 1500 watt ceramic heaters (110v) to heat our 14-foot Fleetwood Niagara. If the temps drop into the 30s the furnace comes on to supplement the heaters but the ceramic heaters do a great job. We do sometimes run the fan in the bunk end lights on low to pull some heated air into the bunks.
