Hi people, 

I just purchased a 2008 Jazz fiver that has a go power solar planel and solar regulator and all is well with this system, but it also had a go power 1750hd or 2500 that was removed before I purchased the unit.  I have tried to get in touch with the previous owner( with no luck) thinking that he can answer my questions, since he won`t I thought I would ask you guys.

In the front compartment I found two plugs that were tucked away, a tech told me they went to the inverter and supply power to a couple of circuts.  This is correct.  In order to try and trace down weather or not there is an auto switch or not I disconnected the shore power, jumpered out the plug ends and read for resistance on the outlets.  Between the two plugs all of the 120 curcuts in the camper read across the meter.  I then removed the jumper and pluged the camper in to shore power.  All of the outlets read 120 vac and the plugs that I believe went to the inverter were dead to voltage and resistance.  Even though I cannot locate an auto switch I believe that one is already there and all I need to do is replace the inverter and wiring to my 4, 6 volt batterys.

What do you guys think?  Any advise or help would be greatly appreciated by this newbie.  Phil
