We recently obtained a 1998 Dutchmen in good shape with the exception of the floor in the rear of the trailer. The bathroom is on the right rear and the bunks/outside storage is on the left rear. When I peeled back the linoleum in outside storage bin (right under under the bottom bunk) I found the floor is rotted and soft all across the back and into the bathroom around the toilet. And I am assuming it will be the same under the tub. I found all of this when I was looking at the carpet in the bathroom so I could rip it our and put down linoleum…..why they put carpet in a bathroom is beyond me anyway.

I want to do this right so I plan on removing the bunk, the closet, the toilet, and I’m sure the tub/shower will have to come out as well. My question is just how do you remove the tub/shower? Do I have to remove the shower wall panels to get to whatever fastening is used or is there some magic-secret-handshake procedure that only an RV dealer/repair shop will know?

Thanks in advance for any and all suggestions and comments!
